We all have a dream to work in top multinational companies but what is the first thing that comes to our mind before joining an organization apart from the remuneration? Yes, it is the company culture or the organizational culture that defines the company and its employees. The company culture can be identified as the work environment which is a combination of mission, vision, values, objectives, ethics, and expectations of the company. The positive company culture is crucial as it impacts employees’ performance and thought process. Moreover, such a culture helps in boosting the productivity of employees and they can enjoy their work rather than taking it as a burden.

 

Those who want to ensure long term success of their organization should aim for developing a team-based culture in which participation of employees at different levels is ensured.
